Progress Update July 2018

It’s been a good long while since we’ve done a news update on the website so we figured it would be best to fill people in on what we’ve been up to these past few months. Much of what we’ve been doing has been updated on our Facebook page, so if you’re connected with us on social media most of this post you may already know.

It’s been a busy and exciting time, making progress on our games behind the garage doors and also showcasing our demos locally and on the other side of the world. We have worked many months towards our goal of releasing a demo of our game “Cast” onto VIVEport which we can now happily announce! You can find our demo by clicking the link here. We also plan to move the sandbox RTS game “Veil of Crows” from Early Access on Steam to Full Release!

In April, we were extremely humbled to be invited to Year of the X, a technology and innovation festival held in Munich, Germany. We met a lot of wonderful people and shared industry insights over rounds of German beer.

In May, we partnered with MSI for Brisbane’s Myriad technology and innovation festival.  We were lucky enough to showcase our VR game, “Cast” using the latest MSI Vortex W25 Workstation. It was an extraordinary 3 days so we’d like to thank MSI for their amazing assistance and generosity.  We’d also like to thank everyone who came to say hello and tested out our VR demo – seeing happy faces really makes our day.

In June, we traveled to the small town of Inverell, New South Wales, for their annual careers exhibition.  It was a great opportunity to share what people can achieve with the technology that is available and spark the imaginations of the next generation.  The weather was cold but the community was warm and welcoming.

There’s still a lot of work to be done but we are bursting at the seams to share what we’ve been working on with you soon.  Make sure to follow us on social media for regular, smaller news bites on our progress as well as updates on which events we’ll be attending and where.
